The chakras spin in a clockwise fashion when they work properly. This creates an energetic spiral that brings energy into the body. If we want to stay healthy, we must clean the chakras and make sure they spin clockwise and stay open.

I believe we can heal ourselves at a deep level when we work with healing our chakras or energy systems in the body. As a society we are learning the importance of balancing the mind/body and spirit. This connection is crucial to creating a life filled with all our hearts desires. This connection can also be witnessed by using the mind in conjunction with the spirit and body. The universal law of attraction works with the attracting power of the mind.

Life is a journey of releasing and healing that which no longer serves us. This is called growth. If we are not growing, we are stagnant. This staleness causes blockages in our energy field or chakra system. When we release the blockages, forward movement can occur. When we are moving forward, we can create a difference in this world. We are aligned and recognize our gifts. Most of the time, we are not aligned with them or how to use them. Thus, we are blocking who we are at a core level, where all creation begins.

Spiral Healings is healing of the chakras, the energy centers of the body. When this alignment with Source, God, Universal Energy, occurs, all things are possible. Consultative Services

Nicole specializes in consulting using techniques learned from the Law of Attraction, Angel Therapy and intuition. Nicole takes her clients through interactive consulting, helping the client reach the results so desired. Nicole has a personal toolbox of many years of classes and workshops helping facilitate an easy approach to attracting what you want in life.

Yoga

As we connect and center ourselves, we become balanced. Sacred Heart Yoga and Sahaja Yoga work on raising the light energy body in and around the physical body. As cells are infused with light energy, disease, negativity and that which no longer serves, must leave, allowing for the transformation and healing to begin and continue. Nicole offers one on one personal yoga sessions and group sessions of a minimum of 5.

Nicole has a strong connection and works with the Ascended Masters in transferring powerful spiritual healing energy used to uplift individuals.
